Description:
This email campaign was developed to promote gift certificate
purchases during the holidays for any of their four resort properties.
JC Resorts used their Opt2u application to query for all frequent
or past guests, and they distributed the campaign which helped
to immediately impact room sales. JC Resorts also uses Opt2u
to move distressed inventory on rooms that would otherwise remain
unsold.
