The Toll Roads of Orange County wanted to effectively promote
the use of "e-statements" to their existing customers.
They used Opt2u to establish the campaign database parameters
and to setup the overall e-card design. The campaign was sent
to all existing Toll Road account holders which helped to greatly
reduce costs and produce fast conversion results.
